The Chosen Ones: Gods of Asgard

Constant drinking, feasting, and fighting are everyday activities for the Gods of Asgard, but after ages, it can start to become boring. Odin, the All-Father, enlightened by Mimir’s knowledge, invented a new form of entertainment for himself and the other gods. Each of them can choose a champion from among men, bestow upon him a portion of their power, and send him to an inhabited part of Midgard to bring glory to their respective god. In order to achieve this, the chosen champion, known as The Chosen One, must establish new lands, develop settlements, and conquer other champions in the name of his god. The Gods watch closely, and failure will not be accepted.

The Chosen Ones: Gods of Asgard is a physical strategy card game with a Norse Mythology theme where the players take on the role of the chosen ones of the gods, and it is designed for two to five players. The Players develop Cards of Construction to expand their settlements, but they need resources and proper satisfaction of their people to do that. They also play Cards of Action to please their people, or hinder development of other players. In all that, favor of the player's gods will come in handy, but everything can become ruined, when fate decides so.
